Position Overview

The Account Executive is responsible for the sales and distribution of the Dub Wholesale’s portfolio of products to assigned and new retail accounts in the state of Oregon.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities

  • Develop new business and maintain existing account relationships.

  • Execute sales and distribution of all products to Dub partner accounts.

  • Maintain regular call frequency to assigned retail accounts.

  • Collaborate with the Director of Sales and Marketing and all relevant Dub team members to build market presence for our brand partners.

  • Utilize proper point of sale to support all brands and packages.

  • Meet or exceed all designated goals and objectives.

  • Maintain daily communication with Director of Sales.

  • Represent Dub and the growing cannabis industry in a professional, responsible manner.

  • Will be responsible for other tasks determined by the Director of Sales and Marketing and senior-level management as they arise.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Must be at least 21 years of age.

  • Must have or obtain a Marijuana Worker’s Permit.

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience as a sales professional.

  • Must have working knowledge of the Oregon Cannabis industry and the ability to learn and adapt in a developing landscape.

  • Experience organizing, executing and working consumer-facing marketing events.

  • Must have a reliable vehicle and a driving record in good standing and be able to provide proof of car insurance.

  • Work with varying levels of supervision, ability to set priorities, coordinate multiple tasks simultaneously and be attentive to details.

  • Possess excellent time management skills.

  • Highly self-motivated and able to work hours as needed to fulfill all job responsibilities.

  • Strong customer service and communication skills.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and Word).

  • Ability to analyze and present information.

  • Ability to work as part of a team.
